Had seats in row FF and those seats were 6 rows from the floor. It was awesome being that close to the game for once. Got a great deal on tickets but you can't see the opposite side of the floor at all. When a player shoots a 3 pointer, you can't tell if his foot is behind the line or not. I've had similar problems with end zone seats at Fedex Field for Redskins games. The only solution is to sit a little higher up. The single lettered rows are going to sit higher than the double lettered rows in section 106, FYI.

If you get a chance, eat at Rosa Mexicana before or after the game; it's just down the street. The Staples Center in LA also has one outside of their arena too.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 106, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Wizards/San Antonio Spurs game at the Verizon Center.
