Sat in 306 for the Packers-Bengals game back in 2009 at the very beginning of the season. No matter which section you go with, the atmosphere is going to be great and you're going to feel like you're a part of the game.
The view of the field from 306? Could be better. It would be nice if the second line of seats were on a second level but then again, the one level of seating is what makes Lambeau Field so unique. It's extremely hard to judge the depth of the field from this angle.

For example, if Ryan Grant were to scamper for what seemed like 20 yards, it would be like a 9 yard game. It's frustrating and makes paying to the jumbo tron more important and is even harder for day games when the sun is shining down hard.

There are 12 rows in essentially every section in the 300s and 400s; all are bleacher seats. Not that uncomfortable but I think they should at least add backs to them.
